Perfecting your DashClicks experience is an ongoing process for our development team. That's why we make it simple for our users to report any bugs or technical glitches to our dev team using the following steps:

  1. From your dashboard, click on the ? icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. In this menu, click on Report a Bug.

  3. This will take you to the DashClicks Feedback center. Here, you can see the latest bug reports from other users as well as the response from our team if available.

    If you cannot find your bug in the list or by using the search bar, feel free to create a post by using the menu on the left.

  4. First, select the category. This should be the primary area where the bug exists. For example, if you are having an issue with the Analytics app, select Analytics.

    Then, use the title field to add a short, to-the-point descriptor of the problem.


    Finally, use the details field to provide us with as many details regarding the problem as you can. Let us know the issue, what you were doing when the problem occurred and the steps taken that led to the bug. If you can supply an image of the problem, please use the image button to upload a file.

  5. Click Create Post.

Your new post will now appear in the list on the right. If we need further clarification of the problem, an agent will reach out to you for details within the post. We will also post here to advise you of when a problem is resolved.

Furthermore, you can check in on a list of recent updates by clicking on the Changelog link at the top of the page.
