Note: Access to the Reputation app is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Step-By-Step Guide to Integrating Google Business Profile Reviews in the Reputation App

1. Access Applications Menu:

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Reputation’.

2. Adding a New Source:

Click the '+' icon in the top-right corner of your Reputation app. You can also click on this icon next to the Source filter.

3. Selecting Google Business Profile:

From the list of available sources, select 'Google Business Profile'. Then, press 'Continue' in the top-right corner.

4. Granting Permissions:

A login modal will appear in a secondary tab. To ensure it displays correctly, ensure your ad blocker is disabled. Log into the account that manages the Google Business Profile page and grant the necessary permissions to proceed.

5. Choosing the Business Location:

You will see 'Select Location' next. This allows you to choose the business or business location you wish to integrate with the Reputation app. This feature is particularly useful if your account manages multiple business pages.

6. Finalizing the Integration:

Your review source setup is now complete.

Note: It may take several minutes for your reviews to start appearing. Afterward, the system will automatically check for new reviews and replies every 5 minutes as long as this source is connected.
