How to Install Live Chat on Your ClickFunnels Website

Note: Access to the Conversations app is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Access Applications Menu

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Conversations’.

Step-By-Step Guide to Installing Live Chat on Your ClickFunnels Website

This guide provides the instructions you need to install the live chat on your ClickFunnels website using the Conversations App. For information about generating the script for your site, see the primary help article.

1. Access ClickFunnels Website Editor:

Login to your ClickFunnels account. Navigate to the 'Funnels' page and select the funnel you wish to edit.

2. Access Funnel Settings:

At the top of the page, select 'Settings'.

3. Enter Live Chat Script:

Within the settings page, locate the 'Body Tracking Code' section. Paste the script you previously generated using the Conversations app into this section.

4. Save and Update Settings:

Once the script is successfully inserted, locate and click the 'Save And Update Settings' button at the bottom of the page. This will save the changes and update your settings.

5. Verify the Live Chat Functionality:

After successfully updating your settings, navigate to your website. Confirm if the live chat bubble appears at the bottom of the site.

Note: If you can't see the live chat bubble, it may be beneficial to revisit your steps and ensure you've copied the correct script from the Conversations app.
