Create Team Inboxes to Manage Your Conversations (Live Chat Teams)

Note: Access to the Conversations app is exclusively available to DashClicks Pro plan subscribers.

Step-by-Step Guide to Create Team Inboxes

1. Access Dashboard Settings:

Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select 'Settings'.

2. Navigate to the Apps Tab:

At the top of the page, select the "Apps" tab.

3. Select the Conversations App:

In the left side menu, select "Conversations".

4. Add a New Live Chat Team:

Scroll down to the "Live Chat Teams" section and click on the "+ New Live Chat Team" button.

5. Set Up the Team:

Input the team name, select the routing type, and add teammates to the team. Ensure at least one user is added to avoid an error message. To give visitors the option to select the team, check the checkbox at the bottom of the page. If you prefer not to give visitors this option, leave the box unchecked. Click on "Create Team".

6. Manage Your New Team:

You can now view and manage your new team. Adjust the settings and add or remove team members as needed. To delete the team, press the "Delete Team" button in the bottom right.
