Create Team Inboxes to Manage Your Conversations (Live Chat Teams)

This article will show you how to create team inboxes to manage your conversations within the Conversations app in your dashboard.

  1. Log into your dashboard and press the circular icon at the top right. Then, select "Settings".

  2. At the top of the page, select the "Apps" tab.

  3. In the left rail, select "Conversations".

  4. Scroll all the way down to the "Live Chat Teams" section and select the "+ New Live Chat Team" button.

  5. Input the Team Name, select the Routing Type, and add teammates to the team. Make sure that you select at least 1 user to create the team, otherwise you will receive an error message. You can also give visitors the option to select the team by selecting the checkbox at the bottom. If you prefer not to give visitors the option, you can leave the box unchecked. Press on "Create Team".

  6. Now, you can view your new team, make changes to the settings, and add more team members as you'd like. You can also delete the team by pressing the "Delete Team" button in the bottom right.

Congratulations, you can now control team inboxes in your dashboard for your live chat teams!
