Step-by-Step Guide to Enabling and Customizing the Live Chat Welcome Message

This guide helps you enable and customize the live chat welcome trigger message using the Conversations App.

1. Access the Conversations App:

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Conversations’.

2. Access Application Settings:

Inside the Conversations app, locate and click on the 'Settings' button at the top right corner of the page.

3. Configure the Welcome Message:

In the settings, find the new Welcome Message section. Here, you can:

  • Customize the image to align with your brand

  • Edit the welcome text to provide a personalized greeting

  • Toggle the sound on or off based on your website’s environment

4. Deploy the Live Chat Welcome Message to Your Website:
